J Neil Utkov, D.V.M

Dr. Utkov completed his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia and completed post-graduate studies at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and the University of Missouri at Columbia.

A lifetime resident of Memphis, Dr. Utkov established Pet Health Center in 1989. Dr. Utkov volunteered his veterinary expertise in 1989 to serve as a staff veterinarian with the Wildlife Rescue Organization in Valdez, Alaska after the tragic Exxon oil spill. He has continued his commitment to the environment by providing care for injured native wildlife. Dr. Utkov is a member of the Memphis, Shelby County, and Tennessee Veterinary Medical Associations.
